Cobra on the loose in north Texas

A deadly banded Cobra escaped it's cage in Texas ... Grand View area to be exact , so if u live in the area watch where you step outside , these snakes are dangerous & deadly & if your bit by them tissue damage starts immediately

why people are allowed to own these kind of snakes as pets is beyond me ..... It should be illegal
